Did you know that listening to music helps us to go hard in bringing our visions to life?

Music has a way of tapping into our subconscious. It also helps to keep our passion alive while you're going through the rough times of bringing your vision to life.

By never giving up and listening to your music you'll be tapping into melodic inspiration.

It’s always beneficial to keep in mind the awareness of energy you are letting into your space and the type of message it’s delivering.

I like all walks of music and if the message sucks but the beat is fire then I just download the instrumental version and jam to it still.

A study of vibration led by Lee Bartel (PhD) at University of Toronto and other researchers are exploring how low frequency sound vibrations absorbed through our bodies to reduce physical symptoms.

A few of the diseases they are studying are fibromyalgia, depression and Parkinson’s disease.

This therapy also known as vibroacoustic therapy which: produces a low rumble --> vibration produced--> applied directly to the body.

Let's face it. You may not always be in the mood for music. That's okay. You need to find what suits you in order to "kill it" in life and boost your goal achieving momentum!

Whatever you do, be a badass chasing your goals while playing this playlist:
